Background
For nearly five years at Netflix, I served as Lead Product Designer for Global Conversion, the team responsible for how hundreds of millions of people discover, sign up, choose a plan, and pay. Pricing pages, ad-supported tiers, acquisition flows, retention systems, payment experiences across web, mobile, and TV in 190 countries. If it touched revenue, it was on my desk.
Before Netflix, I led Growth Design at Coursera and helped scale the platform to 20 million users. I've also founded three companies, including an AI video platform years before Zoom existed. I've been a founder who had to figure out monetization with no safety net, and I've been the person a $200B company trusted to protect and grow its revenue engine. That range is what I bring to the table.
I'm an LP in Glynn Capital and U&I Fund, which means I see growth from both sides: building it and funding it. I started at Morehouse College, earned my BS in Computer Science from Georgia State, completed my Executive MBA at Quantic, and hold a certificate in Design Thinking from Stanford. Business Insider named me one of the Most Innovative Designers in 2021. I've keynoted on four continents, including the Annual Investment Meeting in Abu Dhabi and DesignUP India.
I'm also the author of Self Design and a course instructor at Maven. I sit on the Girl Scouts Board of Directors, the Georgia State University Main Street Entrepreneurs Fund board, and serve as an advisor to SEU x MIT Entrepreneurship.
AI-Augmented Strategy
I don't just advise on growth. I build with the latest AI infrastructure. My practice runs on Claude Code, Anthropic's agentic coding platform, alongside tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and Vercel's AI stack. I use AI to accelerate every phase of the work: rapid prototyping, data analysis, conversion modeling, content systems, and go-to-market execution.
This isn't about using AI as a buzzword. I co-founded an AI video platform in 2016, years before the current wave. I've been building with AI longer than most people have been talking about it. Today, that means I operate with the speed of a team and the precision of a strategist who's been in the room at Netflix scale.
